I was very impressed with Twin City Plumbing! The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate. 1 week later the workers showed up as scheduled. The workers were very professional and respectful of all my property in my basement and around anywhere near where they had to work. They did some extra work to help accommodate the job, and didn't charge extra which was greatly appreciated! I will use them again for any other plumbing job, and I would recommend them to friends and family!

I recently had them do a couple jobs for me. One turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Regardless, Austin did not give up and completed the job. They did a job for me last year. I thought a I would call them again this year for something else. I’ve reached out several times through several texts, calls (left voicemails), and emails. Jon has yet to respond. It’s been months. Can’t run a business and not respond to your customers. At least respond with a yay or nay!

My sump pump failed twice! John came and took care of the job. I mean he really made sure that the pump would never fail again. He found the most cost efficient route to a resolution. I haven't seen a drop of water leave the sump since he installed a new one the correct way. My only wish is that I called him sooner!

I had an issue with a gas fired water heater. Water was throughout my basement. When I called in, he was at my home to do a walkthrough with the intention of fixing the issue. He diagnosed that the water heater needed to be replaced. The following day he returned to my home with a new gas fired heater and installed it relatively quickly. He was kind and professional through the process. He was reasonably priced and would highly recommend him to anybody needing plumbing work.
